En grandissant, il dit qu&#039;ils manquaient de choses propres dans le village. L&#039;absence d&#039;eau et d&#039;installations sanitaires signifiait qu&#039;ils marchaient des heures chaque jour pour chercher de l&#039;eau et allaient aux toilettes n&#039;importe o\u00f9 dans les collines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la communaut\u00e9 de Simon a enfin eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de l&#039;eau potable. Cela a r\u00e9duit les maladies et les maladies et nous a fait gagner du temps!&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vie est meilleure pour la communaut\u00e9 de Simon, mais il dit qu&#039;il reste encore un long chemin \u00e0 parcourir pour s&#039;assurer que le village est aussi sain et propre que possible. Vous pouvez entendre leurs r\u00e9unions avant de les voir \u2013 elles sont marqu\u00e9es par des chants et des danses exub\u00e9rants. Simon et son club cr\u00e9ent des chansons qui c\u00e9l\u00e8brent l&#039;impact de l&#039;eau, de l&#039;assainissement et de l&#039;hygi\u00e8ne. Les chansons expliquent \u00e9galement aux villageois comment adopter des pratiques s\u00fbres, saines, d&#039;hygi\u00e8ne et d&#039;assainissement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les chansons sont pleines d&#039;\u00e9nergie \u2013 applaudissements, pi\u00e9tinements et percussions. Des hommes et des femmes de tous \u00e2ges, m\u00eame les petits enfants, chantent avec passion comment avoir un avenir plus sain gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pratiques telles que le lavage des mains, l&#039;utilisation des latrines et le maintien de la propret\u00e9 des maisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;Ces chansons nous aident \u00e0 ouvrir l&#039;esprit des gens sur ces sujets&quot;, partage Simon. &quot;Nous composons une chanson bas\u00e9e sur l&#039;activit\u00e9 que nous allons \u00e9duquer.&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le club se r\u00e9unit deux fois par semaine, et les membres passent ce temps soit \u00e0 construire des latrines, soit \u00e0 aller de maison en maison pour enseigner aux familles l&#039;assainissement et l&#039;hygi\u00e8ne \u2013 souvent en utilisant des chants et des danses. Il favorise \u00e9galement une bonne nutrition. De nombreuses familles cr\u00e9ent des petits potagers, puisqu&#039;elles peuvent d\u00e9sormais arroser ces jardins avec le nouveau point d&#039;eau communautaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab La communaut\u00e9 s&#039;am\u00e9liore vraiment, dit Simon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simon veut construire un avenir meilleur pour ses propres enfants et son propre village, mais il ne va pas s&#039;arr\u00eater l\u00e0.
